Invitation Letter

In accordance with conference policy, Visa Letters of Invitation are issued only to Speakers, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees who have completed registration and paid the conference fee.

The conference can issue only a Visa Letter of Invitation. No other supporting documentation will be provided for visa applications.

Please plan sufficient time to apply for and obtain your visa.

All questions or concerns about the status of your visa application should be directed to the relevant Italian embassy or consulate in your home country.
